I played debian 7 as desktop, replacing window 7.
win7 randomly give bluescreen I dont know why.
debian seems stable.

but   not the way of "stable"
8192cu wifi 11n is unstable for I think it buggy, I changed to a wifi usb hw ZD1211B. make net stable.

I also used firefox, netbeans, eclipse, openvpn, mplayer.
so i can programming while watch youtube.

use ibus for chinese pinyin and japanese input method. (smooth)

installed nvidia driver for the gtx560, and make hdmi audio work in alsa(cost time).

and I like the gnome term.

I tried to play game like sc2 using wine but failed, maybe looked into it again later.

Linux desktop is WTF thing , or Do-It-Yourself thing, or Fuck-Yourself thing.

and I also want to play with source, because debian seems has good policy for source.

i feel its better than win7 when it works. though it has chance to not work.


I use neoeedit as text-editor.
use netbeans to debug neoe-dns-proxy and fixed 2 serious bugs.
it takes time, but the fail must have the reason and could be found out last.
